Beginner’s package

The beginner’s bio-nutritional package is designed to provide a blend of biomedical nutrition with individualized support.

The package spans approximately 6-7 months and includes over 5 hours of consultation time, including a thorough initial intake/consultation, a video call with a Nurse practitioner from Wholistic Pediatrics and Family Care, and dietary consultations to discuss special diets and healthy eating and personalized recommendations based on computerized dietary analysis.

In addition, a review of lab testing and recommendations for individualized supplement protocols are included.

This package also includes an option to add a short consultation with Dr. David Berger of Wholistic Pediatrics and Family Care to discuss pertinent biomedical questions that are best addressed by a seasoned physician (highly recommended!).

Continuous email and whatsapp support, and educational handouts, supplement support are also provided.
